By using Winnow's AI technology, Iberostar chefs have achieved a notable 28% decrease in food waste across 48 global hotels. This aligns with Iberostar's "Wave of Change" sustainability movement and their commitment to being waste-free by 2025 and carbon neutral by 2030.
From January to June in 2023, the collaboration saved:
• 735,000 meals saved from landfill• Weight of food waste reduced by 11%• 1,264 tons CO2e saved
