Compass Group Singapore started fighting food waste in 2016 by implementing Winnow’s digital tools at a pilot site. The technology helps chefs measure, monitor and dramatically reduce food waste. By measuring and managing food waste they are seeing incredible results:

Following the success of Winnow at the pilot site, Compass Singapore hopes to continually expand this deployment across the region.
