Costa Cruisesは食品廃棄物の削減を公開の目標とした初の船旅会社となります。「4GOODFOOD」プログラムの始動により、Costa Cruisesは2020年までに船隊全体で食品廃棄物を50%削減することを目指しています。これは国連の2030アジェンダで設定された期限より10年早くなっています。

Costa Cruisesの新しい取り組みによって、クルーズ船Costa Diademaでは次を回避しています。

  •  毎年1,189トンのCO2e排出量
  • 1年間を通して231台の車を路上から排除したことに相当
