AccorHotels and Winnow are working together to cut food waste

AccorHotels is committed to reducing food waste by 30% as part of its Planet 21 program. In 2016, they partnered with Winnow to track and manage food waste across its hotels in order to reach this goal.

Now, in the UAE, Winnow is helping AccorHotels in 19 properties. Together, they are seeing great results:

Food waste reduced by 69% across all 19 hotels
AED 5,000,000 aggregated annualised savings
800,000 meals saved since 2016 to date
