AccorHotels is committed to reducing food waste by 30% by 2020 as part of its Planet 21 program. In 2015, they partnered with Winnow to track and manage food waste across its hotels in order to reach this goal.

Now, in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, Winnow is helping AccorHotels in 40 properties, across 9 countries. Together, they are seeing great results:

• Food waste reduced by 54% over the first 12 weeks
• $880,000 aggregated annualised savings
• 725 tonnes aggregated annualised savings in CO2e
