To celebrate Winnow's partners saving over $100M in food waste per year, we challenged chefs around the world to submit their best recipe using ingredients that usually go to waste.

This recipe book features 100+ of those recipes, including 5 winning recipes selected by Chef Vojtech Vegh.

We received over 150 entries from chefs around the world, and I was genuinely blown away by the quality. Selecting even 100 to feature in this recipe book was an almost impossible task, let alone selecting the top five and only one winner.
